Five lane forge billet transfer machine

• Feeds billets from 2 ½” to 4” diameter up to 8” long
• PLC program controls all the different sizes of billets and their respective duration in the heating furnace
• Light curtain guarded for operator safety
• Linear rails and bearings, heat shields and protective boots extends machine life

Designed and built multi-axis servo powered cut to length machines

• Programmable X, Y, and C axis cutting machine
• Cuts any shape you can program on the circumference of a 10" or 14" tube up to 48" long
• Eliminated only one employee capable of producing parts from the previous method by making the machine user friendly and dramatically increased output

Ring Stacking Machine

• Station 1: Stacks and counts dual lanes of injection molded rings. When the stacks are complete, machine indexes.
